Kerala has announced the new franchise league inside the state of Kerala, featuring 6 franchisees. The six club outfits are newly formed and each represents one major region in the state. The Kerala Football Association, in association with Scoreline Sports Pvt Ltd, is organizing the events with the aim of improving football infrastructure, grassroots programs, and the exhilarating football culture of the state. The football fanbase of the KeralaBlasters FC in ISL has been a major motivation in organising such a league.
The Clubs participating in inagural edition of the league are:
- Thiruvananthapuram Kombans FC – co owned by Gowri Lakshmi Bayi, member of royal family of Travancore.
- Forca Kochi FC – Owned by Actor Prithviraj, JLN Stadium will be home ground
- Thrissur Magic FC – Owned by produce Listin Stephen, Magic Frames
- Malappuram FC– co owned by Bismi Group
- Calicutt Football Club– V K Mathews, IBS Group
- Kannur Varsity FC– Asif Ali joins ownership
The league is expected to begin on August 31 or September first week and will continue for 2 months and final scheduled on for Novemeber. The Live Telecast will be available via Star Sports and streaming via Hotstar.

- Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi
- EMS Corporation Stadium, Kozhikode
- Sports Council Stadium, Manjeri
Players:
Each team will be able to include a maximum 4 Foreign players in their playing XI and remaining will be Indian players from Kerala and other Indian States.
Kervens Belfort, Adil Khan, Abdul Hakku are signed by different clubs in the league
